This comic takes place on an Earth identical to our own in every way. It is the year 1998. California and much of Arizona have fallen into the sea, making Phoenix, AZ the new cultural hotspot of the Unified States of America. Robots have revolted against humanity, enslaving their erstwhile taskmasters. Years of hostile invasions by extra terrestrial hordes have left the general populace numb to all manner of supernatural activity, allowing mythological beings of all kinds to drop their collective guard and join society at large. Also there's superheros.

Also there's superheros.	Philip Lee Redmon was born in Minnesota in 1977. He went to school for a while. He moved to California and back, twice. He's worked at a hamburger stand, a bowling alley, a record label, an electroplating factory, a book store, a pizza shop, a record store and a sign shop. He's married and has a son. He plays guitar.
